- Age to sell (packaged liquor): 21
- Minors allowed on premise? Persons under the age 21 may not enter or remain on licensed premises unless accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or spouse over the age of 21 years old. Not withstanding this rule, licensees may exclude underage from licensed premises at any time.
- Penalties for serving or selling to a minor: 1st offense: Class A misdemeanor – punishable by up to $10,000 fine or up to 1 year imprisonment. 2nd offense: within 5 years or an offense which results in death is a Class C felony punishable by up to $50,000 fine and up to 5 years imprisonment.
